True Warrior Inside offers coaching, support, a safe, non-judgmental space with compassion and resources for men struggling with pornography and sexual addiction, compulsive behaviors, emotional disconnection, and hidden patterns that sabotage trust. Grounded in principles of accountability, emotional honesty, and personal integrity, we help men confront false core beliefs, overcome Nice Guy Syndrome, and rebuild their lives from the inside out.
At the core of our work, we integrate spiritual and biblical principles—inviting men to reconnect with God’s truth, grace, and design for authentic manhood. We believe true healing comes through rigorous honesty, humility, repentance, and faith. By aligning recovery with biblical truth, men learn to walk in integrity, renew their minds, and rebuild their lives on a foundation of grace, accountability, and purpose.
Trained and supervised by Carol Sheets in the Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM), we specialize in helping men and couples heal and repair after betrayal. This model—rooted in empathy, attunement, and relational repair—begins with acknowledging and supporting the betrayed partner’s pain. We help men recognize that her feelings, fears, and concerns are valid and deserving of compassion. Men are guided to show genuine empathy and emotional presence as their partners grieve and process the trauma caused by betrayal. Through this work, men learn to move beyond defensiveness and shame into accountability and attunement—understanding the deep impact of their actions and demonstrating love and safety through consistent, trustworthy behavior.
Using the Help Her Heal framework, we teach men how to develop genuine empathy for their partners, break free from pornography’s grip, and rebuild connection through integrity and emotional presence. Our mission is to help men become safe, trustworthy, and emotionally engaged leaders—in their recovery, relationships, and everyday lives.
