Led by Certified Sex Addiction & Recovery Coach Tryan Stutes, this group offers practical, step-by-step guidance to help you develop empathy—not just as a concept, but as a skill you live out in daily actions.
Carol Sheets’ Help.Her.Heal workbook is the foundation of this transformational process. You’ll walk through each phase of rebuilding trust, learning how to respond to your partner’s pain with truth, humility, and consistent emotional presence.
